For CT Arthrograms:

20 ml 1% Lidocaine
20 ml Omnipaque 300

Inject 35-40 ml of the mixture into the joint.

For 1.5T knee arthrograms:

10 ml 1% lidocaine
20 ml sterile saline
10 ml Omnipaque 300
0.3 ml Gadolinium

Inject 35-40 ml of the mixture into the joint.

For these 3T knee arthrograms:

10 ml 1% lidocaine
20 ml sterile saline
10 ml Omnipaque 300
NO GADOLIMIUM

Inject 35-40 ml of the mixture into the joint.
